SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions are permitted with written notification.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations are permitted with a valid cancellation code only. After 16 August 2002 a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund. No refunds will be given for non-attendance of any part of the QW2002 event. No cancellations, refunds or credits may be made after 23 August 2002. Call the registrar at 1(415)861-2800 for a code.
