Debate by the Experts: Testing vs. Inspection

Mr. Tom Gilb and Dr. Boris Beizer, two speakers internationally known for the contributions in the software quality arena, will debate "Testing Vs. Inspection". Each is an expert in one of these areas. Will they debate their own side of the issue, or will they take the opposing position? Will their sides be decided by a coin toss? What if they don't like the outcome of the coin toss?
