The paper offers a Microsoft Excel based QA checklist of more than 200 criteria, categorized and equipped with automatic graphic analysis, for determining what results in a good experience for the web site customer. The checklist considers industry best practices, generally accepted web standards, and has successfully been applied in several e-business projects.
