Presentation Abstract

Our paper present a project developed by COPPE/Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and the Funda o Bahiana de Cardiologia. It is an article about the development and the validation of a methodology that identifies non-functional requirements for an information system that guarantees the access to quality indicators related to the implementation of quality programs in health institutions.

About the Author

Jose A.M. Xex o is a candidate for a DSc degree at the Universidade Federal do Brasil. He is a telecommunications engineer with a MSc title on systems engineering, both obtained at the Institute Militar de Engenharia.
