QWE2002 Paper VT2

Mr. Egbert Bouman
(Spherion Technology)

Five years of assesments with the Test Process Scorecard®: the method and the results

Key Points

Presentation Abstract

The Test Process Scorecard® method has been used with great success by Spherion since 1997. It enables you to quickly and regularly assess the test process, in projects as well as in test departments. The Test Process Scorecard® approach is designed to avoid lengthy and costly assesments. A typical assesment may be finished within two days, and the results have been proven remarkably valuable and dependable. The basis is a concise and cleverly designed questionnaire, which helps you to keep away from too much detail and to focus on the key success factors of the testing process.
