Franco Martinig has been working since 1987 as a practitioner, consultant and researcher in all areas of software development. He has conducted and published benchmarks on software process quality using the CMM approach. He is also the editor of Methods & Tools, a newsletter focused on software development. He has a degree in Business Administration and a master in Business Information from the Ecole des HEC at the University of Lausanne.
