CANCELLATION/PROGRAM CHANGES: Cancellations and program changes are permitted with written notification. If SR Institute receives your written cancellation by 15 October 1998, no cancellation fee will be charged; a service charge of USD$250 will be deducted from total refund if cancellation is received thereafter.
