SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions are permitted with written notification until 22 October 1999.

CANCELLATION/PROGRAM CHANGES: Cancellations and program changes are permitted with written notification. If SR Institute receives your written cancellation by 1 October 1999, no cancellation fee will be charged; a service charge of USD$250 will be deducted from total refund if cancellation is received thereafter. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 22 October 1999. All refunds will be sent by 15 December 1999.
