The SFO Airporter and all the major shuttles from SF Airport come directly to the hotel every 20 minutes.
The cost of the shuttle is $12 each way,
approximately 1/3 the cost of a taxi.
Coming from BART or SF MUNI, get off at the "Powell Street" stop and take the Fourth Street exit.
Coming from the CalTrain station take the SF MUNI 30-Stockton or 45-Greenwich, exit on Mission and
walk 1 block west to 4th & Mission.
