SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions are permitted with written notification.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations are permitted with written notification only. After 16 February 2002 a 20% service charge will be deducted from the total refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 23 February 2002. No refunds will be given for non-attendance of any part of the QWE2002 event. Refunds will be processed and sent by 11 May 2002.
